The HumanSpace coaching method is based on two fundamental ideas and accompanies in changes at the organizational and personal level. The aim of business coaching is to accompany and support companies and people in achieving their respective goals and exploiting their potential.

At the Transactional coaching The focus is on the process and achieving the desired result. Ideal for achieving necessary short-term goals. The Transformation coaching is based on the premise that there is no process (no performance) without a process provider (without performers). The "performer" is placed at the forefront and should be enabled to achieve realistically set goals in the long term and without external support. Life changes are initiated through personal development, not just through short-term, situational behaviors. Business coaching involves analyzing requirements and needs, creating an action plan, developing the necessary skills and willingness, and supporting implementation. Always in a one-on-one conversation.

Mediation | Conflict Resolution

Conflicts between people place a strain on companies as well as on friendships and partnerships. Mediation brings movement to a conflict – and often also a solution. Trustful, appreciative, neutral and goal-oriented.

Mediation is a constructive and cost-effective way to resolve conflicts and make decisions. Those involved play a key role as independent and responsible individuals.

As a mediator, I accompany and guide, neutrally and confidentially, until a conclusion.

– This extraordinary quote by Hannah Arendt rings true for me in many ways. Especially in a business context, the most astonishing things arise from thoughts. Only in this way can progress and growth occur. But what happens when thoughts are blocked, when the necessary clarity is lacking, or when people with different ideas come together and can't find common ground? I suspect you know this all too well.
